It’s possible to achieve world peace, but it takes time. Most societies have been peaceful for most of history. We now have a far lower chance of dying in combat than previous generations did. Unless they are acting in self-defense or have been permitted to do so by the UN Security Council, nations have been bound by the UN Charter not to use force against others. In a world of peace, life is better, and today, we look to those who have made and kept the peace to learn how we can all make the world a better place individually.
In place of war and violence, we should try to resolve conflicts with peace and harmony. War always spreads hate and is not beneficial to anyone. War itself is a problem and it could never give a solution. Violence is always destructive, inhumane and brutal. It always leads to loss.
